#IVEGOTYOURBACK911 supports Harv's Hike
#IVEGOTYOURBACK was founded by frontline paramedics Jill Foster and Shaun Taylor. The duo launched an online campaign in 2014 to draw attention to the increase and rise of mental health issues within the First Responder community. Through a heavy and dedicated online presence the campaign gained worldwide recognition as a place for First Responders to share ideas, resources, and photos of support for one another. Through their service dog program an amazing opportunity has arisen to have a limited number of service dogs sponsored through their fundraising efforts.
Funds raised go to the Phoenix Canine Initiative
The Phoenix Canine Initiative is a peer-led and volunteer supported dog training program for service and therapy dogs. They have been working with #IVEGOTYOURBACK911 in their mission of supporting the mental health of our community’s first responders. Harv’s Hike fundraising efforts will provide an opportunity for service dogs to be sponsored.
